    UAS Proctor Request Form
  • Proctor Request Forms must be filled out once at the beginning of each semester for every eLearning course you take.
  • Schedule your testing appointments with your proctor site directly at least 24 hours in advance.

CLEP (College-Level Examination Program)

CLEP provides students of any age with the opportunity to demonstrate college-level achievement through a suite of exams in undergraduate college courses. There are thousands of accredited colleges that grant credit and/or advanced standing for CLEP exams.
