Biography

Steve Horn first started teaching at KPC in 1994 as an Adjunct Professor and in 2011 became a full-time term instructor at the college. The following year, Steve was hired as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business and Economics. His professional career includes over 20 years working in the non-profit sector as an Executive Director of several businesses and associations. He has also worked as a consultant to boards of directors in developing strategic plans and business plans for organizations. Steve has served on non-profit boards at the local level and the national level. Having lived in Alaska for most of his life, Steve has visited most parts of the state and has lived on the Kenai Peninsula with his family since 1991.
