Our office schedules events for KPC departments, registered student organizations and outside groups.

If you need to cancel or change your space request, please email us as soon as possible.
The enhanced online room calendar tools allow you to view campus events and classes by day, week, and/or location with the Main Calendar or a comprehensive view of the month with Semester-at-a-Glance. The new room search tools provide:
- Availability of general classrooms
- List of available time blocks by building and room
