The KPC IT HelpDesk provides the following services
- Student e-mail account information and how to access it (all students are assigned an e-mail address)
- Assistance with usernames, password problems, system status questions
- Elluminate Live! (ELive!) assistance
- Blackboard assistance
The HelpDesk is available
Spring/Fall Semester Hours
- Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Fridays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer Semester Hours
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
