KPC Help Desks
KPC Help Desks provide the following services:
- Student e-mail account information and how to access it (all students are assigned an e-mail address)
- Assistance with usernames, password problems, system status questions
- Elluminate Live! (ELive!) assistance
- Blackboard assistance
The help desks are available:
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Fridays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
