The University of Alaska has partnered with AVOW Systems to provide secure delivery of electronic transcripts and ordering services for both electronic and paper transcripts. All official transcript requests must be made using the system that can be accessed through UAOnline (select “Transcript Requests” from the menu. If the student has a ‘hold’ they will not be able to view their unofficial transcript, so they will need to clear the hold before viewing their transcript. By having students look at their own transcript online, no one must spend time explaining to the student or checking for: pending grades, degrees, holds, etc.
There are three choices when ordering transcripts;
- $12 Official PDF Transcript: Fastest delivery processing; delivered by the next business day in a secure electronic PDF.
- $30 Official Paper Transcript: Expedited 24 hour processing. Processed and mailed by next business day. Sent by US Postal Service first class mail.
- $15 Official Paper Transcript: Normal Processing. Processed and sent by US Postal Service first class mail within five business days.
