PER A120: Beginning Yoga (1 CR) 

Contact Hours:  0.5 + 1
Special Fees. Introduces yoga physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and concentration techniques as an approach to wellness. 

PER A123: Beginning Tai Chi (1 CR) 

Contact Hours:  0.5 + 1
Special Fees. Introduces Chen Style Tai Chi exercises designed for improved health, tranquility, energy, and strength. 

PER A223: Intermediate Tai Chi (1 CR) 

Contact Hours:  0.5 + 1
Prerequisites: PER A123. Special Fees. Presents intermediate level Chen Style Tai Chi exercises designed for improved health, tranquility, energy, and strength. 

PER A275: Advanced Tái Chi (1 CR) 

Contact Hours:  0.5 + 1
Prerequisites: PER A123 and PER A223. Instruction and guided practice in advanced Tái Chi Chúan Yang Long form.  Focuses on exercises for the improvement of health, muscle endurance, energy, and relaxation.
