Internships are generally a 3 credit hour commitment for students that require at least 150 hours of work experience. On a 15 week schedule, this translates into about 10 hours a week, but during the summer many students are available full time. The students will also be completing additional work documenting their internship and achievement of learning objectives.   Paid internships are run cooperatively through the UAA Career Services Center. These internships are currently offered under the TECH A295 (pass/fail) Technical Internship class heading. Instructor permission is required prior to registration.
