High School and JumpStart Students
KPC offers high school seniors the chance to take college credits for only $52 a credit while still in high school!
High School Seniors - the JumpStart program
- Tuition is subsidized by the Borough
- Students are responsible for fees and textbooks
- Students can take 6 credits a semester beginning the summer after 11th grade
- Students are allowed to enroll in a total of 7 credits (if taking a 4-credit class) but only 6 credits will be subsidized
- Students must fill out the KPC location specific High School Student Waiver Application (available from HS counselors)
- Waiver must have ALL signatures
- Student must have ACCUPLACER placement test scores
- Each KPC location has different requirements regarding new student orientation.

- Online registration not available
High School Juniors & Below
- Tuition is not subsidized; Students are responsible for all tuition, fees and textbooks
- Students must obtain the KPC location specific High School Student Waiver Application
- Waiver must have ALL signatures
- The course instructor and the KPC director have final approval
- Online registration not available
- Registration available during walk-in registration
