KPC IT HelpDesk
RBES students can access the KPC IT HelpDesk via e-mail or by a toll free telephone call.
The IT HelpDesk can provide the following services:
- Student e-mail accounts information and how to access it (all students are assigned an e-mail address)
- Assistance with usernames, password problems, system status information
- Ellluminate Live (ELive) assistance
- Blackboard assistance
The Kenai River Campus IT HelpDesk is available to RBES students
Spring/Fall Semester
- Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer Semester
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
