Reminders about Financial Aid Communications
The UAA Office of Student Financial Assistance uses UAA email accounts when communicating with students. Only new students that have not yet been assigned a UAA email address will receive a copy of their financial aid award letter in the mail. It is the student's responsibility to check their email account frequently.
If you have set up your UAA email account to forward to another personal account, be sure that it is working effectively. Visit the UAA IT Computer Services website for additional information regarding your UAA email account.
If you wish to view or print your award letter, please visit your UAOnline account & enter the Financial Aid by award year to do so.
