Campus Life

KRC makes it easy for students to get involved in their education both in and out of the classroom.

At KRC, there are a variety of ways that students can be involved. Students can be involved in the Student Union, as officers or student representatives. There are student clubs based around a variety of different interests. The KPC Showcase brings comedians, musicians, and more to the college every year. The Career Center offers students a chance to get involved in service learning, bringing student work into the community. Joe's College Cafe is located on campus in the McLane Commons, and offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, Mexican food and espresso. The KRC Bookstore is not only the place to get textbooks, but if you're looking for that perfect gift for someone, there is also a variety of jewelry, clothes and much more to choose from. Student employment is a great way to get involved on campus. Departments on campus are willing to work around a student's schedule. The KPC Connection is the monthly college newspaper that's distributed to the entire community, and the Connection is always looking for student writers. There are unlimited ways to get involved. Contact the Student Services office for more information.
