KPC 2015/2016 High School Senior Tuition Scholarship - Deadline: April 2, 2015

Local high school seniors may apply for this scholarship for the opportunity to receive full-time tuition (up to 15 credits) waived for the fall and spring semesters of KPC’s 2015/2016 academic year. Applications are due to the KPC Financial Aid Office by 5 p.m. on April 2, 2015.

UAA and UA Foundation Scholarships - Deadline: Feb. 15, 2015

The deadline to submit a UAA Scholarship Application is February 15 prior to the academic year for which you are seeking scholarships. But don't worry! There are some scholarships that accept applications all year long, so please consider applying even if the deadline has passed. To begin this process, complete the UAOnline scholarship application.

BP Process Technology Scholarship - Deadline: Nov. 30, 2014

Process Technology degree students may apply for this scholarship valuing up to $3,000 per semester. Recipients can receive up to two years of award monies for required core degree classes.

Kenaitze Indian Tribe Tribal Scholarship - Deadline: Varies

New academic year applications accepted – The Kenaitze Indian Tribe encourages Tribal Members to pursue their goals by offering this opportunity to assist them in the financial costs of tuition, books, and fees. The guidelines and applications can be found on the Kenaitze Indian Tribe website.

ACLS Recertification Healthcare Training Scholarship - Deadline: Dec. 31, 2014

The ACLS will be awarding a $2,000 scholarship to the author of the winning essay and one (1) complimentary pass each to the ACLS Recertification program of their choice (ACLS, BLS, or PALS) valued at $275 to the second and third placers. Applicants must submit a 500-1000 word essay explaining how they feel about providing emergency medical care, wherein they are called upon to provide from the basic to the more advanced cardiac or pediatric life support. Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship - Deadline: Varies

Students who are enrolled in community colleges who demonstrate a high academic achievement & who intend to continue their pursuit in an accredited baccalaureate degree program are encouraged to apply. Phi Theta Kappa’s Fall Scholarship Application is now open to members through December 1, 2014.

Soldotna Chamber of Commerce - Deadline: March 20, 2015

Soldotna Chamber of Commerce is offering (1) $4,000 Continuing Education scholarship to a student residing in the greater Soldotna Area who is enrolled full-time. Preference may be given to students who are Business majors. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. for consideration.
