Get help with computer setup or technical questions.
KPC has an IT HelpDesk which is staffed with student workers who are trained to help with basic Blackboard, eLive, username/password, email use and troubleshooting. They will also route or escalate complex problems to higher-level technical staff as needed.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-9 PM; Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
