Financial Aid Information for Student Taking e-Learning Classes
Financial Aid information is campus specific and students should visit the FA page of the university where they are admitted for more information.
There are a few things about FA that students taking e-learning classes should know.
- Year-long classes do not count toward enrollment status, for example: if you are taking 12 credits but 6 of them are year-long classes, you are considered a 1/2 time student for FA purposes.
- If you are taking all your classes from outside your home campus, you must inform your FA office or you will not receive aid for that semester.
- If you have applied for admission to more than 1 campus, your financial aid will be disbursed from the institution with the most recent admission.
- VA students should always speak with their VA representative before enrolling in or dropping a distance class.
