AES is housed at UAA's University Center, which provides free wireless high-speed Internet access to its students. KPC has a fully-staffed IT HelpDesk hotline specifically designed for student, staff and faculty technology questions.
UAA has several computer labs in its buildings, stocked with the most popular software programs. There are online tutoring resources for math and English, and detailed online information on eLive, Blackboard, Webmail, and UAOnline.
Students are provided e-mail accounts and are expected to check them on a regular basis. There is online support for managing student e-mail accounts.
