AES is KPC's extention site at the University Center in Anchorage
KPC's Anchorage Extension Site offers two degrees: Occupational Safety and Health and Process Technology. KPC offers a variety of classes in many different subjects that lead to four-year bachelor's degrees and two-year professional-technical degrees. Many programs also offer certificates that take less time. Whatever a student has in mind, they will be well prepared at AES.
Welcome to KPC!
KPC's Kenai River Campus is located in Soldotna on the banks of the Kenai River on more than 300 wooded acres and with an enrollment of over 2,000 students each semester, students will find a real sense of community on the campus. KPC celebrates 50th anniversary

On July 1, 2014, staff and faculty at KPC's Kenai River Campus raised KPC Founding Director Clayton Brockel's U.S. Flag (that was given to Brockel when he was discharged from the army on Aug. 2, 1946) to commemorate KPC's July 1, 1964 founding and in memory of Director Brockel. The flag was lowered on July 2 and placed in the KPC time capsule with instructions for the flag to be flown again on July 1, 2064.

Announcements
  • Tammie Willis, KRC's associate director of residence life, recently announced that the KRC Residence Hall is now offering guest and temporary housing. "I'm pleased to announce that we will be offering Guest Housing as well as Temporary Student Housing in the Residence Hall for the 2013-2014 Academic Year. Guest Housing is housing provided to guests of the institution and is available to any person that faculty, staff or administrators invite to KPC or may otherwise be visiting KPC to work with students, staff, faculty or administrators. Temporary Student Housing is housing provided to KPC students who live out of town but are required to be on campus to attend academic related functions such as intense labs, special events, workshops, seminars, etc. The cost of housing for both Guests and Students is $40 per night per person for one bedroom in a four bedroom apartment. Each bedroom is keyed separately so only the assigned individual will have access to his or her assigned bedroom. Guests and students can arrange for housing accommodations by e-mailing Tammie Willis at tdwillis@kpc.alaska.edu or Hannah Heath at hheath2@kpc.alaska.edu."¬†
