AES is KPC's extention site at the University Center in Anchorage
KPC's Anchorage Extension Site offers two degrees: Occupational Safety and Health and Process Technology. KPC offers a variety of classes in many different subjects that lead to four-year bachelor's degrees and two-year professional-technical degrees. Many programs also offer certificates that take less time. Whatever a student has in mind, they will be well prepared at AES.

New KRC Career and Technical Center
The CTC is a $14.5 million project that will will provide for continued growth in KPC’s high-demand, workforce development programs in process technology, industrial process instrumentation, and computer electronics. Construction will start during the summer 2012 with occupancy planned for August 2013.
New KRC Student Housing complex
This $17.8 million project will be funded with $16 million from state general obligation bonds and $1.8 million in state capital construction funds. Since its establishment more than 46 years ago, Kenai Peninsula College has believed student housing was needed in order to serve students in its 25,000+ square mile service area as well as from rural areas of Alaska. The new facility will give students an opportunity to pursue education and training while living in resident housing without having to transition to a large university and city. Construction will begin during summer 2012 with occupancy planned for Aug. 2013.
